Smart turnstiles for the King Fahd Stadium in Riyadh

Infomatika has successfully completed the delivery and handover of equipment for the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As part of the project, the customer received and accepted Vector Plus waist-high smart turnstiles and Vector Gate smart access gates designed for people with reduced mobility. With an IP65 protection rating, the equipment is engineered to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation in Saudi Arabia’s demanding climate conditions.

The next stages of the project will include commissioning and testing activities, as well as personnel training.

The work is being carried out as part of the stadium’s large-scale redevelopment ahead of the AFC Asian Cup 2027 and the FIFA World Cup 2034. The venue currently accommodates approximately 58,400 spectators, and following the completion of renovations in 2026, its capacity is expected to increase to more than 70,000 seats.
