Installation of "Resonance" swing smart turnstiles at the entrance areas of two bank branches. Full scope of work for the installation and integration of Hikvision biometric terminals.

ForteBank has been operating in Kazakhstan for over 20 years and is the third-largest bank in the country by total assets. Its network spans 34 cities and towns, with 120 branches and offices. As a second-tier bank, ForteBank offers a wide range of services for both individuals and businesses

The bank’s branches in Almaty and Astana were using outdated turnstiles that had been in operation for over 10 years. These devices lacked support for modern technologies, including biometric identification, limiting the potential for access automation.

Objectives

Replace outdated turnstiles with modern smart devices;
Integrate new turnstiles with the Sigur access control system and Hikvision biometric terminals;
Ensure the operation of the Sigur one-time pass system based on smart turnstiles.

As part of the project, Infomatika carried out a full range of work, including equipment supply and the integration of smart turnstiles with the Sigur access control system and Hikvision facial recognition system. Additionally, the smart equipment was configured to operate seamlessly with the Sigur one-time pass system.

The Resonance smart turnstiles are made of high-quality stainless steel and tempered glass, ensuring reliability, durability, and a sleek, modern design.

Each unit is equipped with a contactless card reader, a high-resolution color display, and a QR-code scanner for one-time pass access.

At the client’s request, the smart turnstiles were also fitted with Hikvision biometric terminals, enabling biometric identification for visitors.

Astana branch - 7 lanes (8 pedestals)
Almaty branch - 4 lanes (5 pedestals)
