Art center, Kazan

In November 2024, the new multifunctional complex "ART Center" opened in Kazan. This space offers everything needed for comfortable work and leisure, including shopping galleries, cafes, restaurants, a fitness club, and a modern business center with a coworking area.

To ensure the safety of employees and visitors, the business center was equipped with high-tech "Contour Bio" smart swing turnstiles, manufactured by Infomatika. This cutting-edge solution combines high quality, advanced technology, and stylish design.

As part of the project, specialists carried out installation, commissioning, and integration of the smart equipment with the access control system. The turnstiles are made of stainless steel and tempered glass and feature a color display that shows access status, denial reasons, and service notifications.

Intelligent light indication guides movement direction, visitor category, and alerts against unauthorized access attempts. The advanced servo-driven gate mechanism ensures an instant response to the presented credential. The facility uses MIFARE contactless cards for access.

Additionally, at the Client’s request, each turnstile was equipped with a Sigur reader supporting NFC and BLE communication channels. This enables employees to pass through using both traditional cards and contactless technologies. Virtual passes can be read either by tapping a smartphone on the reader or in "hands-free" mode from a distance of up to 10 meters—even when the phone is in a pocket.

Smart turnstiles are IP devices that can be seamlessly integrated at the software level with security systems and other information systems. As part of the project, our specialists successfully integrated the smart turnstiles with the Sigur access control system.

Scope of work:

• Manufacturing, supply, and installation of "Contour Bio" smart swing turnstiles (5 pedestals, 4 passageways) and "Accent 975" half-height fencing.

• Integration with the "Sigur" access control system.

• Commissioning and setup of the equipment.
