Equipping medical institutions with high-tech smart access control and management turnstiles "Concept Plus" and "Contour Classic".

A large-scale project is being implemented in Moscow to equip medical institutions in Moscow with access control and management equipment with biometric identification support. The aim of the project is to increase the level of security and digitalization of medical institutions.

Infomatika Company acts as a technology partner, providing the production and supply of ACS equipment. As part of the first stage of the project, 35 leading medical organizations in Moscow are equipped with Contour Classic and Concept Plus smart turnstiles for employees and contractors.

Smart turnstiles are characterized by modern design and ergonomics, have high throughput and a clear interface with intelligent light indication. The equipment is integrated with the Rubezh Strazh access control and management system, object-based ACS and the regional segment of the Unified Biometric System (UBS), which made it possible to implement two scenarios of passage: by face or by card.

The biometric access system has been implemented in full compliance with Federal Law No. 572-FZ dated December 29, 2022 "On Biometrics", which allows the processing and storage of biometric personal data only within the framework of the EBS or accredited commercial systems.

Features of solutions
To work with biometrics, Infomatika engineers have provided a video stream from the cameras:
– in the Concept Plus model, the video stream is displayed on the built-in screen;
– the top cover has been upgraded in Contour Classic to install a rack with a terminal with a built-in screen

The first stage of the project was completed in a short time – in 2 months.
