Moscow Department of Housing Policy and Housing Fund

The Moscow Department of Housing Policy and Housing Fund is a department of the Moscow city government responsible for implementing and protecting the housing rights of Moscow residents. The Department is located in a historic building that formerly served as the main house of the S. A. Menshikov Estate.

The entrance area required a fully functional access control solution suitable for a limited space, providing convenient identification methods for visitors and staff and integrating seamlessly with the facility’s existing access control system.

Infomatika was tasked with the following objectives:

• Implement access control for visitors and staff at the main entrance;
• Enable access using contactless cards, temporary passes with barcodes and QR codes, and a mobile app;
• Integrate the equipment with the Sigur access control system;
• Ensure efficient equipment placement within the limited available space.

Infomatika equipped the Department’s building with its proprietary smart turnstiles, delivering a comprehensive solution for access control automation and integration with the facility’s existing access control system.

Key Project Components:

• Concept Gate Smart Gates. Compact waist-high smart gates made of stainless steel and tempered glass provide access control for visitors and staff using contactless cards and temporary passes with barcodes and QR codes. The equipment is additionally fitted with Sigur NFC readers, enabling cardless access via a dedicated mobile app.
• Half-Height Fencing for ACS. Designed in the same style as the smart gates, the fencing creates a consistent and integrated appearance across the entrance area.
• Access Card Collector. Installed to collect and retain temporary access cards upon exit..

Scope of Supply:

• Manufacturing and supply of Concept Gate smart gates — 4 units;

• Manufacturing and supply of Half-Height Fencing for ACS.
