UNO Multifunctional Complex, Kazan
Equipping the business center with "Flagman Lite" smart access control turnstiles. Integrated with the Sigur access control system.
Implemented in 2025.
In 2024, a next-generation multifunctional complex — UNO — was launched in Kazan. This modern cluster brings together residential buildings, a shopping gallery, cafés, recreational areas, and a business infrastructure designed in line with the latest trends in architecture, design, and technology.
The complex includes a Class "A" business center — a state-of-the-art office space occupying 12 floors with a total area of 9,000 m². The architectural concept of the building required advanced engineering solutions: an innovative access control system that would seamlessly blend with the modern design while ensuring reliable security.
To meet these requirements, the company Infomatika equipped the business center's entrance area with high-tech "Flagman Lite" smart turnstiles. Made of stainless steel, the turnstiles feature color displays that show access status, denial reasons, and service notifications. At the client’s request, all glass elements — both leaves and barriers — were made of transparent tempered glass. The turnstiles also feature an integrated smart LED indicator system that guides user movement, displays user categories, and alerts security staff to unauthorized access attempts.
The turnstiles use a servo-driven mechanism that ensures fast and smooth wing movement upon presentation of an ID. MIFARE contactless cards are used for access control. Additionally, at the client’s request, all turnstiles were equipped with Sigur readers supporting both NFC and BLE technologies. This enables users to pass through using either a card or a smartphone — in both tap and hands-free modes, with a range of up to 10 meters.
In addition to the smart turnstiles, two electromechanical gates were installed at the site. These gates can be remotely unlocked from the security post using a control panel. In case the fire alarm system is triggered, the wings automatically open, providing an unobstructed exit. This solution allows for flexible management of visitor flows and complies with modern safety standards.
Infomatika specialists carried out a full cycle of work: from manufacturing and delivery of the equipment to its installation and commissioning.
Scope of equipment:
Manufacturing, supply, and installation of "Flagman Lite" smart swing turnstiles (6 modules, 5 passageways) and 2 electromechanical gates;
Supply of 5 turnstile control panels;
Supply of 5 interface conversion controllers;
Integration with the Sigur access control system;
Commissioning of the equipment.
