Rostec City is Russia’s largest Class A business park and the future headquarters of Rostec State Corporation. The large-scale business campus spans more than 263,000 m², comprises 13 office buildings, and is designed to accommodate thousands of employees and visitors every day.

The project has become one of Moscow’s most significant commercial real estate developments in recent years. The complex’s integrated infrastructure combines office spaces, public areas, and advanced engineering systems, placing high demands on security, access management, and the efficient flow of people.

The entrance areas required a solution that would provide high throughput, convenient and secure access for different user categories, and centralized access management across all 13 buildings of the complex.

Infomatika was tasked with the following objectives:

• Ensure high throughput at entrance areas during periods of heavy employee and visitor traffic;
• Ensure convenient and secure access for all user categories, including visitors with reduced mobility;
• Automate the collection of temporary access cards at the end of each visit;
• Integrate the equipment with the facility’s access control system to enable centralized access management across all buildings within the complex;

To meet these requirements, Infomatika provided a comprehensive access control solution for the entrance areas of all 13 buildings, featuring Flagman Lite smart turnstiles and Concept DUO automatic smart gates. The installed equipment ensures fast and secure access for employees and visitors.

Key Project Components

• Flagman Lite Smart Turnstiles. Swing-gate smart turnstiles equipped with a range of built-in features for user identification and automated access control. Multi-format readers support both conventional access cards and modern contactless technologies, while integrated access card collectors automatically collect temporary access cards at the end of each visit. The servo-driven gate mechanism ensures fast and convenient passage even during peak traffic periods. Color displays show access status, reasons for access denial, and service notifications, while intelligent LED indicators guide users through the lanes and alert security personnel to unauthorized access attempts.

• Concept DUO Automatic Gates. Installed to provide convenient access for visitors with reduced mobility. The gates can be operated using an access card or remotely from the security station. When the fire alarm is triggered, the gate leaves automatically open, ensuring unobstructed emergency evacuation.

The equipment features a premium design that combines advanced technology, high-quality materials, and refined aesthetics, seamlessly integrating into the architectural concept of the Class A business park.

Integrations

All equipment is integrated with the RusGuard access control system, creating a unified access management environment across all buildings and enabling centralized control of entrance areas throughout the entire business park.

Results

The completed scope of work represents the first phase of the Rostec City project. Further development will include the expansion of the complex’s security infrastructure and the installation of additional Infomatika equipment.

The use of advanced technical solutions made it possible to create a unified access control system that meets the scale and status of one of Russia’s largest office complexes.

- Manufacturing, delivery, and installation of Concept DUO automated smart gates — 14 units;
- Integration with the RusGuard access control system;
