Aika Sports Palace, Norilsk

Aika Sports and Fitness Complex is the main training base of Norilsk Nickel Futsal Club. The three-story complex covers more than 10,000 square meters and accommodates futsal, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and other sports. The main arena stands seat 1,400 spectators, with a further 300 seats in retractable stands and additional seating on the balconies.
The project required a unified ticketing and access control infrastructure covering the entire visitor journey—from ticket and season pass sales to automated validation at entry.
As part of the ticketing and access control system implementation, Infomatika specialists carried out the full scope of work to automate ticket and season pass sales, as well as manufacture and install access control equipment.
Scope of Supply:
- Equipment of backend node and personnel workstations: cashier AWS – 2 pcs, managing administrator AWS – 1 pc.
- Manufacture, supply and installation of high-tech half-height Horizon turnstiles - 3 pcs;
- Supply of mobile Lenta Data Terminal for ticket check – 1 pc.

- Equip entrance areas for automated ticket validation and visitor access control;
- Set up staff workstations to manage ticketing processes.

Key Project Components
- LENTA-Sport Automated Ticketing and Access Control System. Automates ticket and season pass sales, validates them at entry, and manages access control equipment. The system brings different sales channels together within a unified ticket inventory.
- Horizon Waist-Height Smart Turnstiles. Installed at the sports palace entrance to provide automated ticket validation and controlled visitor access.
- Lenta-TSD Mobile Ticket Validation Terminal. Used for additional ticket checks as visitors enter the venue.
System Management Infrastructure
Server infrastructure and three automated staff workstations were installed to support the ticketing and access control system: 2 cashier workstations and 1 manager-administrator workstation.
