Kuzbass Ice Palace is a unique facility featuring a multifunctional ice rink for bandy, figure skating, and curling, as well as a 400-meter speed skating track. The modern sports complex covers 65,000 square meters and seats 6,000 spectators. It is the home venue of Kuzbass Bandy Club, one of the country’s leading teams. Its players regularly represent the national team, and its youth bandy school is the largest in Russia.
Hosting sporting and entertainment events at the new venue required a unified system to automate ticketing processes and provide controlled spectator access to the ice palace.
Infomatika was responsible for the following tasks:
- Automate the sale and accounting of tickets and season passes;
- Provide spectator access control at entrance areas;
- Enable online ticket purchases;
- Enable integration with external ticketing agents;
- Provide mobile ticket validation;
- Establish the infrastructure required to operate the ticketing system.
Infomatika comprehensively automated ticketing and access control processes at Kuzbass Ice Palace using the LENTA-Sport automated ticketing and access control system.
