CSKA Arena, Moscow

Comprehensive equipment of the Ice Sports Palace with the LENTA automated ticket and access control system based on the Vector series of smart turnstiles.

Implemented in 2026

Infomatika has successfully completed a project to comprehensively equip the CSKA Arena multifunctional sports complex with a modern Lenta Sport automated control system" based on smart turnstiles of the Vector series.

The multifunctional sports complex "CSKA Arena" is one of the key ice facilities in Russia and the home ground of the CSKA hockey club. The complex plays an important role in the sports infrastructure of the capital: it regularly hosts matches of the Kontinental Hockey League, international tournaments, concerts on a federal scale and major business events.

The high intensity of events and the complex's well-developed infrastructure required the implementation of a solution that provides centralized ticket sales management and access control throughout the facility's internal security perimeter.

Solution: ACS "Lenta-Sport"

To solve these tasks, Infomatika successfully implemented the "Lenta-Sport" automated management system at the sports facility. This is an on-site system that automates ticket sales and access control during sports and mass events.

The system covers all stages of interaction with visitors, from ticket sales to passage through turnstiles. Server equipment, automated staff workstations, and access control devices are integrated into a single digital infrastructure.

Organization of access control

The solution is based on smart turnstiles of the "Vector" series, installed at the entrance pavilions for mass spectators, at separate entrances for different categories of visitors and staff, as well as at the exits from the parking levels of the complex. The system covers the entire internal security perimeter of the ice sports palace.

The equipment is designed for intensive use and provides high throughput during large-scale events. The turnstiles support the "free passage" mode, which automatically unlocks the passages in case of emergencies and ensures the safe evacuation of visitors.

Smart gates and a fence system have been installed at the facility to facilitate access for people with limited mobility. Mobile ticket verification terminals are used by the control service.

Management infrastructure

As part of the project, the staff's workplaces were equipped with automated workstations for administrative managers and the central system unit (CSU).

The server equipment is located in the central server room of the complex and provides centralized management of input groups and real-time load control.

Integration with external systems

Integration gateways with external ticket agents, facility information systems, and parking infrastructure have been implemented.

This allowed us to combine ticket sales and access control processes within a single digital platform.
