The full range of work to automate ticket sales and access control on the basis of Lenta TSACS software and hardware package

Implemented in 2023.

Sambo Palace Sports Arena opened in Krasnodar in 2024. This modern complex forms part of the City of Sports cluster. A key feature of the venue is its multifunctional design: it can host sporting events as well as cultural and public events. Covering more than 19,500 square meters, the arena can accommodate up to 200 athletes simultaneously and more than 3,100 people during competitions.

The project required automation of ticket and service sales, along with controlled visitor access to the sports arena.

Infomatika was responsible for the following tasks:

Implement a ticketing and access control system to automate sales of tickets and related services;
Equip the arena’s entrance area with access control equipment;
Enable access using contactless cards and tickets with barcodes and QR codes;
Provide access for visitors with reduced mobility;
Enable additional ticket validation using mobile terminals.

Infomatika specialists equipped Sambo Palace with the LENTA automated ticketing and access control hardware and software system. The company’s engineers automated ticket and service sales and manufactured, supplied, and installed access control equipment.

Key Project Components

LENTA-Sport Ticketing and Access Control System. A specialized system for comprehensive automation of ticket, season pass, and related service sales for sporting and entertainment events. The software is included in the Russian Software Register. Tickets are managed within a unified ticket inventory, with no restrictions on sales channels. The system also manages all ticketing and access control equipment.
Horizon Smart Turnstiles. Waist-height turnstiles installed at the arena’s entrance. They provide access using contactless cards and paper or electronic tickets with barcodes and QR codes.
Navigare Automated Gate. Installed to provide access for visitors with reduced mobility. It features a barcode and contactless card reader, along with a color display showing ticket status.
Lenta-TSD Mobile Terminals. Used by stewards for additional ticket validation. Preinstalled Lenta Scanner software enables real-time data exchange with the LENTA ticketing and access control server.

System Management Infrastructure

Server equipment and a cashier workstation were supplied to support the ticketing and access control system.

Scope of equipment:

– Manufacture, supply and installation of Horizon smart turnstiles - 7 pcs;

– Production, supply and installation of the automated Navigare gate – 1 pc,

– Equipment of the backend node and cashier workstation;

– Commissioning.
