Dynamo Sports Complex, Ufa

Dynamo Sports Complex is a multifunctional sports facility in Ufa, the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Its infrastructure includes an ice arena for hockey and figure skating, an artificial-turf football pitch, and facilities for basketball, volleyball, tennis, and fitness. The complex hosts training sessions, sporting competitions, and events at various levels.

Ural Volleyball Club required automated ticket sales and ticket validation at spectator entrances. A key requirement was to enable mobile ticket checks independently of the venue’s existing access control system.

Infomatika was responsible for the following tasks:

• Automate ticket sales for Ural Volleyball Club matches.
• Organize online ticket sales through the club’s official website.
• Enable spectator access control independently of the venue’s existing access control system.
• Support ticket validation during temporary connection outages.
• Set up staff workstations for ticketing services and system administration.

Infomatika implemented the LENTA ticketing system and the Lenta-ACS Lite standalone access control hardware and software system.

The solution enables ticket validation at sports venues regardless of their installed access control systems. Sold-ticket data is transferred online between LENTA and the Lenta-ACS Lite access control server. Mobile terminals can continue validating tickets during temporary connection outages.

Online ticket sales were also introduced through Ural Volleyball Club’s official website.

System Management Infrastructure

Two automated staff workstations were set up to operate the ticketing system: one cashier workstation and one administrator workstation.
