Fakel Stadium, Voronezh
Implemented in 2024.
Fakel Stadium in Voronezh is the home ground of the Russian Premier League club of the same name. Following extensive reconstruction completed in 2024, it became a modern sports venue with upgraded infrastructure and comfortable facilities for fans and athletes. The stadium has a capacity of 10,052 spectators.
The reconstruction required automated ticket sales and stadium access control, as well as adaptation of the spectator access control system to the requirements of the Fan Identification System (FIS).
Infomatika was responsible for the following tasks:
- Implement a ticketing system to automate ticket sales;
- Provide ticket-based spectator access control;
- Adapt the spectator access control system to FIS requirements and equip it with an information security subsystem;
- Enable integration with the Russian Premier League’s Fan Identification System;
- Enable integration with the online ticket store.
Key Project Components
- LENTA-Sport Ticketing System. A professional venue-based system that automates the sale of tickets, season passes, and related services for sporting and entertainment events. It is included in the Russian Software Register. All tickets are managed within a unified ticket inventory, with no restrictions on sales channels.
- SEACS LENTA. An electronic access control system for spectators, accredited personnel, and technical staff at international-standard sports venues. The comprehensive solution combines software with advanced access control devices—smart turnstiles. The system is adapted to FIS requirements and equipped with an information security subsystem.
- Vector Plus Smart Turnstiles. Waist-height turnstiles made of stainless steel and tempered glass, installed at the stadium entrances. They support identification using contactless cards, barcodes and QR codes, and BLE and NFC tags. Integrated IP cameras enable the client to connect biometric facial recognition systems if required. Multi-factor access can also be configured using several identification criteria.
- Vector Gate Smart Gates. Waist-height gates with taller housings, installed as part of the stadium’s entrance infrastructure.
- Lenta-TSD Mobile Terminals. Supplementary access control devices used by stewards to validate tickets.
Integration
SEACS LENTA is integrated with the Russian Premier League’s Fan Identification System (RPL FIS). A dedicated integration gateway was implemented to enable communication between the systems.
Under the applicable requirements, fans, organizers, media representatives, and players must hold a Fan Card to enter the stadium.
The project also included an integration gateway connecting the system with the online ticket store.
The work was carried out in accordance with Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Order No. 1092 dated November 17, 2015, and Russian Ministry of Sport Order No. 676 dated August 22, 2022.
