Neftekhimik Stadium, Nizhnekamsk, RT

Neftekhimik Stadium is a football stadium in Nizhnekamsk and the home ground of Neftekhimik FC. Built in 1978, the stadium underwent reconstruction in 2020, including upgrades to its spectator facilities. The venue accommodates approximately 3,100 spectators and hosts the club’s home matches.

The reconstruction included upgrades to the stadium’s entrance and ticketing infrastructure. Neftekhimik FC required its own ticketing system, controlled spectator access to matches, and an online ticket sales channel.

Infomatika was responsible for the following tasks:

• Deploy a ticketing system for the stadium and Neftekhimik FC.
• Equip entrances for spectator access control.
• Provide dedicated passage lanes for visitors with reduced mobility.
• Enable mobile ticket validation.
• Launch Neftekhimik FC’s online ticket store.
• Set up staff workstations for managing ticketing processes and access control.

The LENTA-Sport ticketing and access control system was implemented at the stadium, providing the infrastructure needed to manage tickets and spectator entry during Neftekhimik FC’s home matches.

Key Project Components

• LENTA-Sport Ticketing and Access Control System. Automates ticketing processes and controls spectator access to the stadium.
• Horizon Smart Turnstiles. Waist-height pedestal-type turnstiles provide controlled spectator passage.
• Navigare Automated Gates. Provide access for visitors with reduced mobility.
• Lenta-TSD Mobile Terminals. Used to validate tickets directly at entrances.
• Online Ticket Store. Developed and launched on Neftekhimik FC’s website for online ticket sales.

System Management Infrastructure

Five automated staff workstations were set up to manage the ticketing and access control system: three cashier workstations, one manager workstation, and one central system node workstation. Server node equipment supports the operation of the hardware and software system.

Scope of Supply:

• Deployment of a ticketing system for the stadium and Neftekhimik FC.
• Supply and installation of Horizon waist-height pedestal-type turnstiles — 8 units.
• Supply and installation of Navigare automated gates for visitors with reduced mobility — 2 units.
• Supply of Lenta-TSD mobile ticket readers — 4 units.
• Supply and installation of entrance barriers.
• Supply of server node equipment and staff workstation equipment: three cashier workstations, one manager workstation, and one central system node workstation.
• Development and launch of an online ticket store on Neftekhimik FC’s website.
