Respublikansky Stadium is a multifunctional sports complex in Syktyvkar supporting bandy, football, futsal, rhythmic gymnastics, freestyle wrestling, athletics, weightlifting, basketball, and volleyball. The stadium hosts national competitions, championships and junior championships of the Komi Republic in various sports, and Russian bandy competition matches. It also accommodates regional and municipal sports schools and serves as the home ground of Dynamo-Syktyvkar Bandy Club.
As part of a major reconstruction, the stadium required modern infrastructure for ticket sales, accreditation, and visitor access control, including new entrance equipment and online ticket sales.
Infomatika equipped Respublikansky Stadium with a comprehensive hardware and software solution based on the LENTA-Sport ticketing and access control system. The solution covered key spectator services, from ticket sales and accreditation to stadium access control.
Scope of Supply:
As part of a major reconstruction, the stadium required modern infrastructure for ticket sales, accreditation, and visitor access control, including new entrance equipment and online ticket sales.
Infomatika was responsible for the following tasks:
- Automate the stadium’s ticketing processes.
- Deploy an accreditation system.
- Organize visitor access control.
- Equip entrances with turnstiles and automatic gates.
- Enable mobile ticket validation.
- Organize online ticket sales.
- Integrate the ticketing system with external ticket agents.
- Establish server infrastructure and automated staff workstations.

Key Project Components
- LENTA-Sport Ticketing and Access Control System. Automates ticketing processes and controls visitor access to the venue.
- Accreditation System. Deployed using LENTA-Sport to manage accreditation processes at the stadium.
- Horizon Smart Turnstiles. Waist-height pedestal-type turnstiles installed at the stadium entrances to control visitor access.
- Navigare Automatic Gates. Waist-height gates installed as part of the stadium’s entrance infrastructure.
- LENTA-Linea Pro NFC Mobile Terminals. Used for mobile ticket validation.
- Online Ticket Store. Developed and launched for online sales of tickets to stadium events.
Integration
An integration gateway was developed to connect the ticketing system with external ticket agents.
System Management Infrastructure
Server node equipment and staff workstation equipment were supplied to support the hardware and software system. Eight staff workstations were provided in total, including four cashier workstations.
Scope of Supply:
- Detailed engineering design.
- Deployment of ticketing and accreditation systems based on LENTA-Sport.
- Development of an integration gateway for external ticket agents.
- Development and launch of an online ticket store.
- Manufacture, supply, and installation of Horizon waist-height pedestal-type turnstiles — 16 units.
- Manufacture, supply, and installation of Navigare waist-height automatic gates — 2 units.
- Supply of LENTA-Linea Pro NFC mobile ticket validation terminals — 6 units.
- Supply of server node equipment and equipment for eight staff workstations, including four cashier workstations.
