Spartak Stadium, Vladikavkaz

Comprehensive equipment of the Republican Stadium with the LENTA ticket and access control system (ACS) and the Spectator Access Control System (SACS).

Implemented in 2026

The Spartak Republican Stadium is a key sports facility in the Republic of North Ossetia–Alania and the home ground of FC Alania. As part of the large‑scale reconstruction carried out in 2026, it required a comprehensive solution to automate ticket sales and to organise safe and comfortable access for spectators.

The Infomatika company was faced with the following tasks:

  • Ensuring a seamless digital infrastructure for ticket sales and access control.
  • Guaranteeing high throughput capacity of entry zones during large‑scale events.
  • Creating conditions for a comfortable and safe passage for all visitor categories, including people with reduced mobility, VIP guests, athletes, and media representatives.
  • Integrating all system components into a single managed ecosystem with centralized monitoring and rapid incident response.

The specialists of the Infomatika company implemented a comprehensive equipment solution for the stadium using a hardware and software complex based on the LENTA ticket and access control system (ACS) and the Spectator Access Control System (SACS). The solution covers the entire visitor interaction cycle — from ticket purchase to entry into the stands — and creates a unified digital environment for managing spectator flows.

Key components of the project:

  • The LENTA ticket and access control system (ACS) automates the full ticket lifecycle — from purchase to passage through the turnstiles. The system integrates server equipment, staff workstations, software modules, and access control enforcement devices.
  • The Spectator Access Control System (SACS) provides centralized access management and enables the implementation of various passage scenarios tailored to the facility’s specifics and different visitor categories.
  • The Vector Plus series smart turnstiles are installed at the stadium’s main entry zones and ensure high throughput capacity and reliable visitor identification.
  • The Vector Gate smart gates ensure unobstructed and safe passage for people with reduced mobility.
  • The Flagman Lite smart turnstiles are installed at dedicated entry zones for VIP guests, athletes, and media representatives, ensuring effective segregation of visitor flows.
  • Mobile access control terminals allow setting up additional control points and enable dynamic redistribution of the load between entry zones directly during events.
  • The entrance zone fencing system organizes visitor movement and helps distribute flows evenly across the access points.
  • The club’s branded online ticket shop enables online ticket purchases and operates within a unified ecosystem with the ticket and access control system. The interface features the club’s official design style.

System management infrastructure

For centralized management of the ticket and access control system, automated workstations have been provided for:cashiers; the system manager; specialists of the incident review team; the spectator access control system administrator and the Central System Node (CSN) workstations.

The implemented infrastructure ensures full real‑time control over ticket and access processes: it allows monitoring the status of entry zones and equipment, tracking turnstile load, dynamically redistributing visitor flows, and promptly responding to emergency situations.

Centralized management reduces staff response time and enables coordination of all elements of the ticket and access infrastructure from a single control loop.
