"Ak Bure" swimming pool, kazan

The swimming pool at Ak Bure Children’s and Youth Sports School is a modern sports facility in Kazan that formed part of the infrastructure for the 27th Summer Universiade in 2013. The complex hosts swimming training sessions for the sports school, public sporting events, and fitness and recreational activities for the local community.

The pool required automated membership and single-session admission sales, along with visitor access control through a unified ticketing and access control system, to support its daily operations.

Infomatika was responsible for the following tasks:

• Automate sales of pool memberships and single-session admissions.
• Organize centralized visitor access control.
• Establish server infrastructure and automated staff workstations.

Infomatika implemented the LENTA ticketing and access control system, combining membership and single-session admission sales with access control at the sports complex. The entrance was equipped with tripod turnstiles and universal readers to validate visitors’ access rights.

System Management Infrastructure

The project included a server node and four automated staff workstations: two cashier workstations, one manager workstation, and one security workstation.
