UGMK ARENA, Yekaterinburg
Comprehensive equipment of the UGMK Ice Arena with Lenta ACS ticketing system hardware and software package.
Implementing in 2024.
UGMK Arena is a multifunctional sports and entertainment complex in Yekaterinburg, opened in 2025. The arena can be reconfigured to host competitions in 11 sports, concerts accommodating up to 15,000 spectators, and major congress events. It is the home venue of Avtomobilist Hockey Club and was built to meet the requirements of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), and the International Handball Federation (IHF).
The new multifunctional complex required ticketing and access control infrastructure to automate sales of tickets, season passes, and related services and manage spectator access during sporting and entertainment events of different formats.
Infomatika was responsible for the following tasks:
- Automate sales of tickets, season passes, and related services;
- Provide spectator access control at the arena’s entrances;
- Support different identification methods at entry;
- Provide access for visitors with reduced mobility;
- Enable mobile ticket validation;
- Integrate the ticketing and access control system with external ticketing agents and a facial recognition system;
- Install server infrastructure and set up automated staff workstations.
Infomatika equipped the arena with the LENTA-Sport automated ticketing and access control system, carrying out comprehensive automation of ticket sales and access control processes.
