BioACS in Moscow medical institutions

A large-scale project is being implemented in Moscow to equip medical institutions in Moscow with access control and management equipment with biometric identification support. 

The aim of the project is to increase the level of security and digitalization of medical institutions.

Infomatika Company acts as a technology partner, providing production and supply of access control equipment.

Technological features:

The BioACS project is implemented on the basis of high-tech smart turnstiles of the Kontur Classic and Concept Plus series, which are distinguished by modern design and ergonomics, high throughput and support several passage scenarios: by facial biometrics and by map.

To work with biometrics, Infomatika engineers provided a video stream from the cameras.:

 – in the Concept Plus model, the video stream is displayed on the screen built into the smart turnstile;

 – in the Contour Classic model, the top cover has been upgraded to install a terminal with a built-in screen.

The system is successfully integrated with:  

• Rubezh Strazh is the main ACS platform;

• Object-based access control systems;

• The regional segment of the Unified Biometric System (UBS).

Special attention is paid to compliance with legislative requirements. The project fully complies with the norms of Federal Law No. 572-FZ "On Biometrics".

As part of the first stage of the project, 36 leading medical organizations in Moscow were equipped in record time — just 2 months.:

Scope of equipment:

- manufacture and supply of semi-tall swing smart turnstiles "Contour Classic" - 38 aisles; 

- production and supply of automatic tripod turnstiles "Concept Plus" - 27 aisles; 

- manufacture and supply of full-height smart turnstile Rotor 2ID outdoor version; 

- production and supply of card collectors for collecting one-time passes - 5 pcs.; 

- integration with the Rubezh Strazh ACS and the regional segment of the EBS;
