Rostec City, Moscow

Comprehensive outfitting of the entrance areas of one of Moscow’s largest business centers with Flagman Lite smart turnstiles and Concept DUO automatic swing gates. Integration with the RusGuard access control system (ACS).

Implemented in 2026

Rostec City is the largest Class A business park in Russia and the future headquarters of Rostec State Corporation. Spanning more than 263,000 m², this landmark business campus consists of 13 office buildings and is designed to serve thousands of employees and visitors every day.

The project has become one of the most significant commercial real estate developments in Moscow in recent years. The integrated infrastructure of the complex brings together office spaces, public areas, and advanced engineering systems, creating heightened requirements for security management and efficient pedestrian flow control.

In an environment of this scale, the access control system is not merely a security measure but a key element of the building’s operational infrastructure. It is required to deliver high throughput capacity, provide a smooth and intuitive user experience, support centralized management of all entrance areas across the campus, and reflect the standards of one of Russia’s largest and most prestigious corporate centers.

Solution

To address these challenges, Infomatika implemented a comprehensive access control solution across the entrance areas of all 13 buildings within the campus. The project involved the deployment of “Flagman Lite” smart turnstiles and “Concept DUO” automatic swing gates, ensuring fast, secure, and seamless access for employees and visitors while supporting the high traffic volumes of one of Russia’s largest corporate business parks.

Key Features of the Flagman Lite Smart Turnstiles

Built-in multi-format readers support both traditional access cards and modern contactless identification technologies, providing maximum flexibility for access management.

- Automated visitor management is enabled through integrated card collection modules, which automatically retrieve temporary visitor passes upon exit, reducing the workload on security personnel and improving operational efficiency.

- For enhanced user convenience, the turnstiles are equipped with color displays that provide access status information, denial reasons, and service notifications. Intelligent LED indicators guide users through the passage area, indicate the direction of movement, and alert security personnel to unauthorized access attempts.

- The servo-driven gate mechanism ensures fast and comfortable passage even during peak traffic periods, while the stainless-steel and tempered-glass construction guarantees long-term reliability under intensive daily operation.

- The premium design combines advanced technologies, high-quality materials, and refined aesthetics. Beyond delivering efficient access control, the smart turnstiles reinforce the prestige of the facility and seamlessly complement the architectural concept of Russia’s largest Class A business park.

To ensure accessibility for people with reduced mobility, the solution includes “Concept DUO” automatic swing gates. The gates can be operated either through the access control system using employee credentials or remotely by security personnel from the control desk. In the event of a fire alarm, the gate leaves automatically switch to the open position, providing a clear and unobstructed evacuation route and ensuring compliance with modern safety requirements.

The entire solution was integrated with the RusGuard access control system, providing a unified access management platform for all buildings within the complex. This approach ensures centralized control of entrance areas across the business park and supports efficient, large-scale security operations.

Results

The completed scope of work represents the first phase of the Rostec City access control deployment. Future stages of the project предусматривают the further development of the site's security infrastructure and the installation of additional Infomatika equipment throughout the complex.

By implementing advanced access control technologies, the project established a unified access management system that fully matches the scale, operational requirements, and prestige of one of Russia’s largest office developments.
