Equipping the sports complex with the Lenta-Fitness Ticketing and Access Control System for comprehensive automation of all processes related to membership sales, additional services, and access control for visitors and staff.

The Innopolis Sports Complex is an important part of the infrastructure of Innopolis, a satellite city of Kazan and one of Russia’s three science cities, established to foster the development of information technology and high-tech innovation. The sports complex serves university students, city residents, employees of resident companies, and visitors to Innopolis, promoting sports and a healthy lifestyle.
The project required the automation of not only visitor and staff access control, but also key processes related to the sale of memberships and additional services.
- Automate the sale of various types of memberships and additional services;
- Enable the management of instructor services and scheduled rentals of sports halls, swimming pools, and sports fields;
- Enable free trial guest visits;
- Automate access control for visitors and staff;
- Integrate the ticketing and access control system with the sports complex’s IT infrastructure.
To address these requirements, Infomatika specialists implemented the Lenta-Fitness Ticketing and Access Control System, providing comprehensive automation of membership and service sales, as well as visitor and staff access control. The system integrates the management of various membership types, instructor services, sports facility rentals, and guest visits with access control across the facility.
In 2023, the sports complex’s existing access control system was upgraded: the entrance area was equipped with additional Contour Bio waist-high swing-gate smart turnstiles and a Concept automated smart gate manufactured by Infomatika.
- Lenta-Fitness Ticketing and Access Control System. Provides comprehensive automation of the sports complex’s operations related to membership and additional service sales, as well as visitor and staff access control. The system supports various types of memberships, instructor services, scheduled rentals of sports halls, swimming pools, and sports fields, as well as free trial guest visits.
- Contour Bio Smart Turnstiles. Waist-high swing-gate smart turnstiles with a 900 mm passage width, providing controlled access through the sports complex’s entrance area. Visitors are identified using EM-Marine contactless cards linked to their memberships, while staff use MIFARE cards.
- Concept Automated Smart Gate. Installed at the sports complex’s entrance area, the gate provides convenient access for visitors with reduced mobility.
System Management Infrastructure
The system is integrated with the sports complex’s IT infrastructure, including:
- Accounting system;
- CRM system;
- Accreditation and membership sales system;
- Visitor access control system;
- Loyalty programs.
