Suvar Plaza, Kazan

In 2025, the former Suvar Plaza shopping and entertainment center underwent a major renovation and was transformed into a modern Class A office center with a total area of 31,000 m². The redevelopment included facade renovation, the creation of new office spaces, and modernization of the building’s infrastructure.

Infomatika was tasked with the following objectives:

• Provide controlled access for employees and visitors through the office center’s main entrance;
• Ensure accessible entry for visitors with reduced mobility;
• Integrate the new equipment with the facility’s access control system;
• Ensure that the equipment complements the facility’s updated architectural design.

As part of the project, Infomatika specialists equipped the office center’s entrance area with modern Contour Bio smart turnstiles and Concept DUO smart gates.

Key Project Components:

• Contour Bio Smart Turnstiles. Waist-high swing-gate smart turnstiles made of stainless steel and tempered glass feature a servo-driven mechanism that ensures rapid gate response when an access credential is presented. Color displays show access status, reasons for access denial, and service notifications. Intelligent LED indicators show the direction of passage and user category and signal unauthorized access attempts.
• Concept DUO Automated Smart Gate. Provides convenient access for visitors with reduced mobility and is designed to match the style of the smart turnstiles.

Scope of Supply:

• Manufacturing, delivery, and installation of Contour Bio waist-high swing-gate smart turnstiles — 4 units, 3 lanes;

• Manufacturing, delivery, and installation of a Concept DUO automatic waist-high smart gate;

• Integration with the Parsec access control system;

• Equipment commissioning.
