Comprehensive equipping of the facility’s entrance area with Contour Bio smart turnstiles and Concept DUO smart gates. Implementation of the Visitor Management System (VMS).

The Arkhangelsk Region Administrative Directorate is a government institution responsible for a range of organizational and operational functions of regional importance. Its responsibilities cover various aspects of regional infrastructure management, including monitoring the condition of facilities and organizing passenger transportation to ensure transport accessibility.

As a government institution serving both employees and visitors, the facility required controlled access at the main entrance, along with a dedicated process for visitor registration and guest access.

Infomatika was tasked with the following objectives:

Provide controlled access for employees and visitors through the facility’s main entrance;
Ensure accessible entry for visitors with reduced mobility;
Automate the issuance and management of temporary visitor access;
Integrate the new equipment with the facility’s existing access control system.

Key Project Components:

Contour Bio Smart Turnstiles. Waist-high swing-gate smart turnstiles made of stainless steel and impact-resistant tempered glass provide automated access control. The equipment supports identification using contactless cards, barcodes and QR codes, as well as biometric credentials. Like all turnstiles manufactured by Infomatika, they are smart IP-based devices that can be easily integrated at the software level with both security and other information systems.
Concept DUO Automated Smart Gates. Servo-driven gates with an increased passage width, designed to provide convenient access for visitors with reduced mobility and visitors with baby strollers.
Visitor Management System (VMS). Automates the entire guest access process, from submitting an online request to receiving an individual visitor pass. Visitors simply submit an online request via the institution’s website and receive a unique QR-code visitor pass on their smartphone for access through the turnstiles. The VMS significantly streamlines visitor access and enhances facility security by ensuring that all visitor access events are authorized and recorded.

Integration

The smart turnstiles are integrated with the facility’s existing access control system.

Scope of Work:

Manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning of Contour Bio waist-high swing-gate smart turnstiles — 2 lanes (3 units);
Manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning of Concept DUO automated smart gates with a servo-driven mechanism — 2 units;
Implementation of the Visitor Management System (VMS).
