- UNIQUE FEATURE OF "LENTA-LOCKER" - INTEGRATION WITH ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM AND TICKETING SYSTEM.
- THE SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY LINKS STORAGE COMPARTMENTS TO TICKETS.
How does the system work?
1. Ticket-Based Locker AccessAutomatic Authorization:
Upon ticket purchase, the user gains access to a personal storage locker.
- The ticket acts as a digital key — no additional identification or authorization is needed.
- This provides a seamless, user-friendly experience.
2. Integration with Access Control System (ACS)
Security Against Item Loss:
The system is tightly integrated with the site's ACS to ensure that users do not forget or lose personal belongings.
- Exit is blocked if the user attempts to leave the premises without unlocking their assigned locker.
- This mechanism adds a safety layer to prevent unintentional abandonment of items.
3. Flexible Usage Scenarios
The system supports multiple usage and billing models based on the integration with the venue’s ticketing system:
- Time-Based Access: Users are charged based on the duration of locker usage.
- Tariffing Models: Variable rates can be applied depending on the locker type, location, or other criteria.
- Unconditional Access: Free use of lockers for specific ticket holders (e.g., VIPs, staff) depending on policy
System Advantages: Smart Locker Solution
- Support for Various Identifiers
The system is compatible with a wide range of identification technologies:
- QR Codes
- NFC (Near Field Communication)
- BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy)
- MIFARE Cards
- Unified Facility Identifier — integrated directly with the site’s Access Control System (ACS)
This ensures maximum flexibility and ease of integration with existing infrastructure.
- Deep API Integration
Robust integration capabilities with external systems, including:
- Access Control Systems (ACS)
- Ticketing Platforms
- Fitness and Facility Management Systems
Unique functionality:
The ticket acts as a secure key, preventing the user from exiting without opening their assigned locker, or if usage time is exceeded. This significantly reduces lost property incidents and enforces accountability.
- Versatile Usage Scenarios
Supports multiple locker usage models tailored to operational needs:
- Time-Based Payment — charges based on locker occupancy duration
- Tariff-Based Usage — differentiated pricing based on locker type or location
- Unconditional Use — lockers provided free or under special privileges (e.g., VIP, staff)
This adaptability allows venues to customize locker access policies effectively.
- Comprehensive Reporting & AnalyticsDetailed logs per user:
- Start and end times
- Interim locker accesses
- Daily summaries
Data enables usage optimization, capacity planning, and user behavior insights.
- High-Level Security Features
- Any unauthorized access attempt triggers an immediate alert to the operator’s workstation.
- Enhances real-time oversight and rapid incident response.
- Personal Locker Rental
- Lockers can be dedicated to specific individuals.
- Personalized access credentials and rental duration tracking ensure accurate monitoring and controlled usage.
- Ideal for long-term users such as members, employees, or VIP guests.
- Operational ReliabilityThe control unit functions in both online and offline modes, providing:
- Uninterrupted operation
- Fault tolerance in case of network disruptions
This ensures stable service continuity for users and staff alike.
- Zone-Based Access SeparationLockers can be assigned to specific facility zones (e.g., boxing vs. tennis areas).
- Prevents cross-usage, reduces congestion, and enhances organizational efficiency.
- Contributes to a more intuitive experience for facility visitors.

How It Works
- SELECTING A LOCKER
The user selects any available open locker, places their belongings inside, and closes it. - CLOSING
After closing, a prompt appears on the screen: hold your key (card, wristband, or smartphone with the app) up to the reader. If the identifier is not scanned within a set time, the locker will automatically reopen. - IDENTIFICATION
The system reads the identifier and assigns it to the locker, displaying the locker number on the screen. - OPENING
To open the locker, the user must present their key with the identifier to the reader. A message confirming successful opening will appear on the screen.
LOCKS ARE INSTALLED INSIDE THE LOCKERS, PRESERVING THE EXTERNAL APPEARANCE OF THE DOOR.
WHEN UNLOCKED, THE LOCKER DOOR AUTOMATICALLY OPENS SLIGHTLY.

Electromagnetic Lock
- The electromagnetic lock module is a reliable and user-friendly access control device. It is integrated into the controller and locks the doors of compartments and lockers, preventing unauthorized access.
- It is operated via the controller interface. All operations (locking and unlocking) are logged in the event journal.
- A reed sensor monitors the lock position and detects tampering attempts. In case of forced entry, the lock switches to a blocking mode.
- In the event of a power outage, an independent solenoid ensures the lock is released. An emergency module located behind the control unit can also be used.
- The lock housing is made of carbon steel with an anti-corrosion coating and is resistant to mechanical stress.
- Suitable for doors up to 50 mm thick (dimensions: 109 × 18 × 214 mm).
- Holding force up to 1200 kg (core made of ferromagnetic alloy).
- Voltage: 12 V (from external power supply). Power consumption: max. 15 W.
EMERGENCY MODE
- If the controller fails, all previously locked lockers remain closed. Immediate diagnostics and replacement of faulty components are carried out.
- If an emergency alarm is triggered, the lockers open automatically thanks to the built-in emergency unlocking system.
- In case of power failure, an independent solenoid ensures the lock is released.
SYSTEM HARDWARE COMPONENTS:
- Central server with software for managing locks and storing data.
- Controller equipped with a display, a reader that supports NFC and BLE communication channels, and a QR code scanner.
- Electromagnetic lock (installed on the locker).
- Power supply unit providing power to the controller and the lock.
