Infomatika Implements Lean Manufacturing

Infomatika continues to improve its manufacturing processes by implementing Lean Manufacturing principles as part of Russia's federal Labor Productivity project in cooperation with the Regional Competence Center of the Republic of Tatarstan.

One of the first stages of the project involved employee training and the team's participation in the Process Factory, a practical Lean Manufacturing simulation where specialists apply modern tools for improving manufacturing efficiency. As a result of the production simulation, the Infomatika team set a new record in the Republic of Tatarstan, achieving the best performance in profit and production cost among 153 participating companies.

For Infomatika, this project is not a one-time initiative but part of an ongoing commitment to developing a culture of continuous improvement, reducing waste, and enhancing manufacturing processes.
