This year, for the first time, Infomatika participated in the "Russian Employer Rating 2025", an annual labor market survey conducted by hh.ru (HeadHunter), the largest Russian job search and recruitment platform.

According to the results of the study, Infomatika took 463rd place out of 600 in the category of companies with 100-250 employees.

The Rating of Russian Employers is a large-scale annual study that allows an objective assessment of the attractiveness of companies as employers. It is formed on the basis of several independent sources: an assessment of the company's HR practices, the results of an anonymous employee survey, feedback from former employees, and the perception of the employer by applicants on hh.ru . This approach allows you to get an objective assessment.
