"Infomatika at the ACS 2025 conference: Technologies and Communication

On November 25, 2025, the fifth anniversary conference "ACS 2025: Technologies and Communication" will be held at the RBC Event Center (SAP Business Leadership Center) in Moscow. The central theme of this year's event will be the "Project Lifecycle", which covers all stages of the access control system implementation, from solution selection and design to implementation and operation.

The conference program includes a business section and a demonstration area. The business program will allow participants to get acquainted with current industry trends, discuss practical cases of ACS implementation and study the best practices of system maintenance. A total of 15 unique reports will be presented, the content for which was compiled based on real cases and mistakes.

In the demonstration area, integrators and vendors will present ready-made scenarios for using equipment for different business categories. Conference participants from among clients and customers will be able to get advice on their application.

Infomatika Company will present a modern access control and management solution for educational institutions, the Vector smart turnstile, in the demo zone. The device has been successfully used in the Moskvenok project, where it is part of a unified IT system for providing access and payment for meals in Moscow schools. The demo area of the conference will include four interactive platforms corresponding to the key stages of the ACS lifecycle: solution selection, design, implementation and operation. This interactive format allows participants to directly influence the development of the industry, identify common "pains" and form recommendations for improving the implementation and maintenance of ACS.
