Smart turnstile for Moscow metro at the Transport of Russia 2025 exhibition
From November 18 to November 20, 2025, the XIX International Forum and Exhibition "Transport of Russia 2025" is taking place in Moscow, at the Gostiny Dvor complex, the central event of the annual "Transport Week", bringing together representatives of government authorities, business and leading enterprises of the transport industry. The event serves as a platform for demonstrating advanced technologies and achievements in the field of transport, infrastructure construction and logistics. Over 100 industry participants will present projects aimed at developing the country's transport system on an area of more than 3,900 m2.
As part of the exposition of the joint stand of the Moscow Department of Transport, leading innovative solutions for the capital's transport infrastructure are presented, including the smart turnstile for fare control "M2030", developed by Infomatika for the Moscow Metro. In October 2025, the device was awarded the highest award in the field of industrial design of the National Award "Best Industrial Design of Russia – 2025" in the nomination "Design Product" of the Urban Design category.
The new generation smart turnstile supports the most modern payment methods, including biometric technologies, is equipped with a light indication of payment status, a vibration response for the visually impaired, provides access from two sides and has convenient validation zones for digital payment methods. In 2026, a new generation of turnstiles will appear at 25 stations of the Moscow metro.
The exhibition-forum "Transport of Russia 2025" serves as a place for the exchange of experience between government agencies, business, industrial enterprises and the expert community. The format allows us to discuss the key tasks of the industry's development, determine priorities for the coming years and establish new professional contacts.
