Basket Hall sports complex, Kazan
Organization of ticketing system of UNICS professional basketball club.
Implemented in 2016.
Renovated in 2023.
UNICS required a ticketing system that would support ticket and season pass sales through box offices and online channels, while providing effective management of reservations, quotas, and group bookings.
Infomatika was responsible for the following tasks:

- Provide tools for managing individual sales, reservations, quotas, and group bookings.
- Organize online ticket and season pass sales through a store on the club’s website.
- Organize spectator access control for sporting events.
- Equip staff with mobile ticket validation terminals and set up automated cashier workstations.
Key Project Components

- U2013 Mobile Terminals. Used by access control staff to validate tickets as spectators enter the arena.
- UNICS Online Ticket Store. Enables online sales of tickets and season passes for the basketball club’s games.
System Management Infrastructure
Two automated cashier workstations were set up to support ticketing services
Scope of Supply:
- Implementation of the LENTA ticketing and access control system.
- Supply of U2013 mobile access control terminals — 8 units.
- Setup of automated cashier workstations — 2 units.
- Development and launch of an online ticket and season pass store on UNICS Professional Basketball Club’s website.
Project Expansion in 2023
In 2023, Infomatika upgraded the complex’s spectator access control infrastructure by implementing SEACS LENTA, based on Horizon waist-height smart turnstiles.
The system combined software and equipment for automated ticket validation, spectator passage control, and turnstile status monitoring. It supports multiple identification technologies, including NFC/RFID and 1D/2D barcodes, and allows integration with external ticketing and information systems.
The upgrade included Horizon smart turnstiles and entrance barriers. A Lenta-TSD mobile ticket validation terminal and server equipment were also supplied, and a Wi-Fi access point was set up for wireless equipment connectivity.
