Krylatskoe sports complex, Moscow

Comprehensive equipment of the sports complex with LENTA ticketing system.

Implemented in 2017

Krylatskoye Sports Complex is one of the world’s largest ice stadiums, meeting modern requirements for hosting top-level competitions, including World and European Championships, as well as sports shows, public events, and corporate functions. This unique facility was Russia’s first indoor stadium with a 400-meter speed skating track.

The project aims to improve customer service and venue security by implementing a modern ticketing and access control system and enabling online sales of tickets and season passes.

Infomatika was responsible for the following tasks:

  • Implement a ticketing and access control system to automate ticketing and admission processes;
  • Enable online sales of tickets and season passes;
  • Automate spectator access control at the entrances;
  • Enable mobile ticket validation;
  • Provide the required server infrastructure and staff workstations.

As part of the project, Infomatika implemented the LENTA – Sports Palace automated ticketing and access control system, bringing ticket and season pass sales and spectator access control together in a single system.

Key Project Components

  • LENTA – Sports Palace Automated Ticketing and Access Control System. Automates the sale and accounting of tickets and season passes and validates them when visitors enter the venue.
  • Gotschlich Olympia Full-Height Turnstiles. Four dual-lane turnstiles were installed at the entrances. Vandal-resistant panels were manufactured and fitted to the equipment.
  • Multi-Format Readers. Infomatika developed 12 readers specifically for the project’s full-height turnstiles, supporting barcodes, MIFARE contactless cards, and Mastercard PayPass.
  • Linea Pro Mobile Readers. Four devices are used for mobile ticket validation.
